Horace Kephart: Revealing an Enigma is a collaborative project of Hunter Library and the Mountain Heritage Center and was made possible by a grant from the State Library of North Carolina. The site includes a searchable database of digital images drawn from Kephart’s photographs, artifacts, journal entries, and manuscripts. In addition, Kephart’s 80-page photo album has been reconstructed virtually, and a variety of exhibit pages are devoted to topics of regional interest.
